Finken concentrates on class actions, pharmaceutical liability, medical, and other professional malpractice, products liability, and complex civil litigation. She has handled various pharmaceutical liability cases involving Fen-Phen, Rezulin, Propulsid, Vioxx, Fosamax, Paxil, Avandia and Zelnorm side effects. A member of the National Order of Barristers, the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia bar associations, and the Pennsylvania and American Associations for Justice, Finken also serves as an arbitrator for the Philadelphia County Arbitration Program. Spizer focuses his practice on pharmaceutical liability, professional malpractice, products liability, and other civil and commercial litigation. Spizer was actively involved in representing individuals who claimed injury from the drug Vioxx, where he handled cases from inception through trial preparation and the settlement process. He also serves as counsel to individuals suffering injuries from Digitek, Trasylol, Fosamax, Zelnorm and other dangerous drugs. He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Pennsylvania and American Associations for Justice and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, where he is a member of the President’s Future Leaders Select Committee. Spizer also serves as an arbitrator for the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas Arbitration Program.
